About Keiryn
Useful systems, built close to the problem.
I work directly with small businesses that want practical systems—not hype, generic templates, or another layer of people between the problem and the build.
Behind the work
A builder, not a hand-off chain.
I’m Keiryn Hart. My background crosses data science, digital analytics, marketing measurement, web development, automation, and product design. That mix lets me see both the commercial problem and the technical system needed to solve it. I work with small businesses that need useful improvements—not a transformation program, a pile of licences, or more jargon.
My job is not to make your business feel more technical. It is to make the useful parts of AI feel obvious, calm, and easy to act on.

How decisions get made
A few rules keep the work simple.
New technology is easy to overcomplicate. These principles keep each project grounded in the people, work, and result it is meant to serve.
Useful before impressive
The best system is the one your team trusts enough to use on an ordinary Tuesday.
Smallest valuable release
I prove one meaningful workflow before adding complexity, integrations, or scale.
Human in the right loop
Automation handles repetition. People keep judgment, accountability, and the final say.

What keeps eating your time?
Tell me what feels repetitive, slow, or harder than it should. You do not need a solution in mind—just a useful problem to unpack.
